I opened Studio C Pilates in the summer of 2023 after completing my classical training through Peak Pilates, headquartered in Venice, California.

Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of working with women of all ages and fitness levels. Through this work, I have seen firsthand the powerful benefits of classical Pilates—from improved posture and increased core strength to a deeper mind-body connection.
